win 7 on the fritz

    cannot uninstall or install software
    i tried downloading and installing windows installer but it just comes up with the window that says "windows installer service not available"
    If I could run my WIN 7 install dic I would but I can't even reinstall WIN 7 even on a boot start up

    tried everything that was listed on the web computer is working but is corrupt, I have lost my audio as well and get a pup called just-in time machine debug manager

    what can I do to correct all of this???

    It would help if you mentioned make and model of computer.

    You probably can't run a Win 7 install disk on startup because the CD/DVD drive is not set up as the first boot device.

    thanks for the reply
    I will try F8 with WIN 7 in cd drive and see if I can get it to boot from disc and either repair or reinstall

    As far as I'm aware pressing F8 on startup has nothing to do with booting from a CD.
    You still failed to mention the brand and model of the computer.
