win 95 help

Ok I am lost as win 95 was before I had learned anything on Computers,
This is the problem: my Boss old computer hard drive died and he has put in a new drive has original 95 disk and a boot 95 disk but all that happens is
A:/> comes up and I change it to D:/>(cd is in this drive) and have tried typing -run- and Setup.exe- it just wont start I know it has to be something simple but I am hitting a brick wall so here i am at mt favorite help site saying HELP!!!!! lol

Thank you for the Quick responce Kadavill !! Wow after looking at what it involves Why dose any one want to use that old program???
I am going to offer to build a Computer to bring him out of the (Dark ) ages
LOL but if he wont I gess I have some work ahead of me, It realy isnt to bad but wow I love my XP so much more now
