win##.tmp and win##.tmp.exe files

FInding a bunch of WIN##.tmp files in my C:\WINDOWS\TEMP folder
When trying to delete these there is a message that tells me the process is in use. I can kill the exe files and delete those but found the only way to kill the tmp files is to use processexplorer and kill the items with the same name in the winlogon.exe area. then I can delete them. But once again in 2 minutes 5 more show up.

Please ATTACH the other two logs requested in step 6 of the READ ME.

You did not run All steps in the READ ME.
- you seem to have skipped step 0 in the READ ME. I still see WeatherBug installed. You should uninstall it (unless you have the paid version.)
- I do not see Microsoft Windows Defender installed
- I do not see Spybot installed as per the READ ME with the SDhelper function
- BitDefender not run per step 6
- both the Bitdefender and PandaActiveScan logs must be attached. And these must be run before using HJT.

What version number of Spy Sweeper do you have and is it the paid version?
