I'm not finding anything on this specifically.... Win10 Pro 64-bit
    Ideas?

Can you can set a restore point in a phone-I have a Windows phone and I can only do on-line backup . When messing with it, is usually best making a restore possibility before attempting. yours is a later version, and if you can input a command prompt, then you can try the following. Mine is on Windows 8.1 , still, unfortunately, so I cannot try it for you.-
    Normal pc/laptop with this error
    https://windowsreport.com/windows-8-error-codes-windows-store/#15
Description: Error 0x80073D02 occurs in Windows 10 Insider Preview, and prevents Insiders from installing or updating apps from the Windows Store. Fixes seem to be using sfc /scannow, and/or dism command- also possibly using WSReset command.
First try - Command Prompt -right click to run as administrator-Type in sfc /scannow and click enter
If still a problem, Run dism clean-up
    To do this--
Whilst in command prompt as admin--
Type DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth, and then press Enter.
    After scanning, restart.

I should have mentioned I have 14 PC's with the same problem, so I don't think it's machine specific..... more likely an update issue?

As a test, I ran winfix 10 on it (re-register the Store apps) . Next I ran both Windows and Software updates via Ninja (my management software), then I went to the Update and Security settings under Settings , did a scan and it installed the KB4537572 update. This update refers to .NET but the error I’ve been getting refer to Microsoft.YourPhone so I don’t know why I'm getting an update error for a different patch?

Yeah, I suppose I could disable Microsoft.YourPhone in a retail environment but I'm more concerned why it fails....?

In my first link in post #6, there are 16 pages discussing it - all I can say is to look through those pages, and decide whether you wish to keep it, or, not.
I tend to just link my phone by Bluetooth,as I am now retired, that is all I need.
    All the best

Thanks for the links, but I don't see direct relation to my issue.....

I had the same error occur, so I decided to investigate.
At the same time in the event logs, you should see an AppModel-Runtime error related to the YourPhone app:
    Code:
Failed with 0x490 modifying AppModel Runtime status for package Microsoft.YourPhone_1.20012.135.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe for user zzx (current status = 0x0, desired status = 0x20).

Expand the event logs to Microsoft > Windows > AppModel-Runtime.
At the same time as the error, you should see an information event id 70:
    Code:
AppModel Runtime status for package Microsoft.YourPhone_1.20012.134.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe for user zzx successfully updated to 0x400 (previous status = 0x0).

So after all that, the YourPhone app did in fact successfully update, meaning you can ignore the initial WindowsUpdateClient error.

The other thing you can try is to force install any updates.
To do this, open the start menu and launch the Microsoft Store app.
Click on the three dots at top right and select Downloads and updates.
Scroll down and click on Your Phone.
If there is an update available it should download and install. If it fails to install, temporarily disable your antivirus and retry.

I too had this problem. I found out that the software wouldn't update while YourPhone was running. I checked the Task Manager found the YourPhone task and ended it. Retried the Install and it worked!
    Hope this helps
