Win XP keeps pausing/hardrive keeps getting accessed

Hey guys...
Pulling my hair on this issue and am posting for further assistance.
My system was fine until I click on something I knew I shouldn't and got infected with that antivirus bug. I did end up fixing it using advice from this forum using SDfix, but I now something keeps access my harddrive about every minute. Its to the point where it pauses my system for a couple of seconds.
In safe mode it is fine, so I know its something running in regular mode. I thought it was related to McAfee Security Suite, and I ended up getting rid of it (more because it was pissing me off). I have shutdown every process I could and it still happens. Also, I should mentioned I have taken some of the other advice on the board with cleaning the system by running Combo Fix and Spybot, but nothing seems to be detected as wrong.
I used Process Monitor and it seems to be related to either lasass.exe or svchost.exe, but I'm lost after that.
Any ideas? Is there a program that shows exactly what is being access on the hardrive?
I see people posting their HiJack logs, so here's mine.
