Win xp pro disk access never stops

    When I start my win xp pro machine, it never stops accessing the disk. Internet explorer wont start and my memory is all hogged up. I dont know where this is coming from.

    i noticed when i was shutting down, that i had to shut down a process that i had never seen before. it was called 'Whenusave v1'

    anyone ever hear of this?

    it's adware..

    I would suggest downloading and installing ad-aware from the front page here and scanning your system.
