   Ive reformated my harddisk into two partitions one 10GB, and another 70GB. If the windows OS is in the first partition will programs installed in the second partition take longer to load? Thanks.

   If I was you, I would buy a new HD and put your OS on 1 and have the other for stuff..
   I reckon you wont see much loss though.
   Make sure you do the partions correct..
