Although due to some properties use this program, I want to ask tips on how fully replace it.
Total Commander file manager is OK, but for example, working with the home network is is unsatisfactory and complex. Needs a plugin for this(?). Or at least I can't operate me. Does anyone know something about some "combination" of those progs?
Thank you in advance for tips

You are aware that you can not remove File Explorer because it is part of the operating system.

Here are suggestions for alternatives https://www.techradar.com/best/the-best-file-manager
Since you don't like Total Commander, which is ranked #1, you might not like the other four alternatives. Try and see which of any works for your needs.

Note: I don't share files on my home network and I don't run Windows 10 so I don't have any experience using any of these programs.

I have a home network with up to four Win 10 PCs and have no problems at all accessing any shared folders/files using either File Explorer or Total Commander, so I can only suspect your difficulties are stemming from problems with your network configuration rather than from either program. Personally I can't see any advantage at all in using Total Commander but that's just my opinion. Are you able to give us more detail of the problems you are having? Certainly no plugin or any other software is required.

If you want to spend the money Zabkat Xplorer^2 works as an Explorer replacement. It has the ability to do scripting and create your own buttons, tabbed, dual views, very customizable.
One I didn't see on that list FreeCommander is good too, also Xyplorer (paid also).
That list has Clover, it 'works' but it is Chinese and I seen some posts about trustworthiness, but it is not an Explorer replacement, at least not that I have found, it stops to display a "UAC" message frequently.
Yes, I have / do use all of these... mainly X^2.
