Win10 Free Programs

    I get a lot of good Free Programs from this WebSite.

    And I have Win10 Home and get Free Apps from the Microsoft Store and I Click it and it Says Install on this Device.

    Is there a way I can just Download the Installer to the DeskTop so I can keep a Copy of it on a Dick like I do with Programs from this WebSite?

    The MS Store is like the Play Store for Google but it is for W10.
