Win11/64: Custom File Context Menu Gives Open With Dialog Upon Selection?

Hi! On my Win11/64 laptop, I have a program called cc65Batch. It provides cc65 users an easy way to create batch files to compile programs with cc65 and compile single-module programs quickly using default settings. It is my creation. However, when I click one of its options on a C module, I get the Open With... dialog box instead of the intended program. I can export the Registry key if you desire.
