    HI

I used "A squared" antvirus and it told me that I deleted "win32-agent-nzj", however the file is still visible in "My computer".

My other antivirus software no longer detects this virus. Is it really gone? Why is the file still visible?

    Thanks!!

    Mike

    Welcome to Major Geeks

This "win32-agent-nzj is the name of a virus/trojan. It is not the name of a file. What file are you referring too that is still on your computer.

Do you have a log showing exactly what A-Squared found?

    Re: Troj/Wmad-D

    Sorry.

I have a new problem. There is this trojan which I try to quarantine with Spy Sweeper, but which seems to escape and ends up falling under "ignore".

    Any ideas?

    Mike

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

Also attach a log from Spy Sweeper that shows the problem.
