Win32 Bagle nightmare

hi, first of all I have tried all the related threads and still have no joy. I'm running Windows XP SP2, I was infected with Bagle IX Worm and Downloader Bagle GI Trojan which was found in both AdAware and XoftSpy but though the both remove it the worm comes back. I was using AVG but it knocked that out and will not let me install any anti virus programs now. I can run most of the tools I have found in your forums except for The Avenger and ComboFix. I have run MGTools and am sending the log. Outlook won't connect to MS Exchange, my CAD/CAM software doesn't work correctly either. I've actually removed it until the operating system is ok. Patience has run thin and a complete reinstall of XP is on order next! I've also had the computer sent out to our IT guys who couldn't fix it after 3 days. If you can help I would be most appreciated.

Please attach the file MGlogs.zip. You'll find it directly under C:\ among the files.

Were you able to run any of the other scans in the READ & RUN ME FIRST?

This infection may need to be repaired from the recovery console which would require your cd, but it would help if we can see the MGlogs.zip first.
