win32/clspring.du cannot be removed

I have followed your t=35407 thread 3 times and am having big problems. Ccleaner found and fixed several files, Microsoft Windows Malicous found none, Ad-Aware found 4 and fixed, Spybot found 1 and fixed, Windows Defender gives error message"Windows Defender encountered an error:0x80501001. ONe or more actions could not be completed successfully." I also ran CWShredder and Counterspy. I will attach scan report from Bitdefender and HijackThis but cannot attach the Panda scan...everytime I run it, I cannot maximize the window to see the save scan button. I have tried 3 times. I am running Windows XPSP2. My computer is getting worse instead of better. Thanks for any help you can give.

 

You have 2 Resident Anti-Virus Applications running Yahoo AV and AVG. Pick one uninstall the other. I would recommend keeping AVG.

You have 3 resident Ant-Spyware applications running. This can cause system performance problems. I would keep SpySweeper and uninstall CounterSpy and Spywware Doctor.

Ensure that your SpySweeper definations are updated.

Uninstall MyWebSerach, FunWeb Products, MyWay, Search Assistant - MyWeb, Search Assistant - MyWay and any variation thereof; using Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel.

Folow the directions for Smitfraud, SpySheriff, SpyAxe & PSGuard Removal.

In HJT Choose Open the Misc Tools Section choose Process Manager, Highlight:

Choose Kill Process

Now scan and have HJT Fix the following:

Download
- Pocket Killbox
- ExplorerXP

Now run Pocket Killbox:

Choose Tools -> Delete Temp Files and click the RED X.

Run Killbox.exe. Paste the below filenames into KILL BOX one at a time. Check mark the box that says "Delete on Reboot" and checkmark the box "Unregister DLL" (If available) Click the RED X and it will ask you to confirm the file for deletion…say YES and when the next box opens prompting you to reboot now...click NO...and proceed with the next file. Once you get to the last one click YES and it will reboot. Note many of the file list below may not exist but we need to check for them anyway.

If Killbox does not reboot or you get a Pending Operations type error message just reboot your PC yourself.

Now boot into SAFE MODE

Open ExplorerXP navigate to and DELETE the following: (Some of these may have already been deleted by Pocket Killbox)

Now run CCleaner. If you have Windows XP delete the contents of C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch.

Then, as an added precaution, Go to Start -> Run and type: cleanmgr and then click OK. Make sure the boxes for these are checked:
Temporary Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin

And Click OK.

REBOOT to Normal Mode.

Run Spy Sweeper. Let it clean what it finds.

Post the SpySweeper log, the smitfiles.txt from SmitRem, and a fresh HijackThis log.

All of the stuff I asked you to fix with Hijackthis and remove with Killbox is still there. Go back to my orginal post and try the fix again. Zip the SpySweeper log and then attach it with a fresh HijackThis log.
