And what did it do with it? Is it quarantined?

    You have three anti-virus programs:
    avast! Antivirus
    McAfee Security Center
    EMBASSY Security Center

I'm amazed you aren't having additional problems.

You need to remove/uninstall all but one.

What problems are you having, as your logs look clean?

i'm using macfee firewall, avast antivirus and the EMBASSY Security Center i think is some data protection software preinstalled by Dell which i'm not sure how to use.

But my avast antivirus prompt me of the trojan after i downloaded an exe file. I'm not sure what to do, as i only moved the file to "chest" through avast and i'm not experiencing any trouble with my lappy now.

    So is everything alright?

McAfee Security Center also includes Virus protection ...(all of which is a resource hog ..and there are plenty of free firewall apps.)

However, you should be clean and good to go...:)
