Win32/Kryptik.AAL trojan please help

Hi guys,

can someone please help me with this? I have tried for the last two days to follow the Malware cleaning thread and have downloaded all the programs and run multiple scans but I can't seem to be able to remove the Win32/Kryptik.AAL from the system.

I have attached the logs so far I hope they contain the information required for you guys to help (I must also appoligise in advance that I am not 100% tech savy and have tried to follow all the instructions) although I cant find the zip file log for MGtools? should i delete the folder/program and re-install it?

thanks in advance for any help that you can give me.

Did you download ComboFix to your desktop? Did you disable your protection software before you ran it? If you did all that, then the log is here:
C:\Combo.txt

MGTools should be installed here:
C:\MGTools.exe....and once run to completion, the log is also here:
C:\MGLogs.zip

I need both of those.

Thanks for your reply,

I believe the virus attached itself to a common file that was deleted by nod32 and now the computer will not load. it looks like I am going to have to reload windows before i can start anything so I think I am going to just reformat the whole computer.
