Win32/Kvol.U INFECTED!! AAAAHHHHH HELP!

    I have been infected with Win32/Kvol.U ... it shows up on my Etrust realtime detection as files C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CERTCLIC.DLL and C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CERTCLIC.BAK. I cannot find a way to delete these.
    I tried running pctools also. and that didnt even detect the virus.


    I have only found 2 postings regarding this malware on the internet , with no solution! So if you Guys/ Gals have any advice on this one, it would be much appreciated!

    SYMPTOMS: I cannot start my internet browser or connect to the internet.
    General Slowdown occurs when any attempt is made to connect.

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. You may have to use a different computer to download and copy the programs so you can then move them to your computer to run. (ComboFix should be run first - which may get you somewhat clean).
