I'll go ahead and give more details like I should've originally.
My dad has a computer and he's not very technologically savvy. He ran this program on Vista, "Problem Reports and Solutions", and it's telling him this:

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
Virus alert: Microsoft detected the Win32/PSW.Lineage.DN/ PWS-Lineage virus on your computer

This problem was caused by Win32/PSW.Lineage.DN/ PWS-Lineage, a known computer virus.

    Solution

To prevent this problem from occurring again, install and run an up-to-date antivirus program on your computer.

I have no idea what he was doing or even how he came across this. I ran all the scans from the Malware FAQS and nothing came up. For all I know he may actually have nothing. Anyway, he's bugging the crap out of me so I would appreciate any help. Thanks

I've attached all the logs that I was told to by the Malware FAQ.

    What program?

Your logs are clean. However I wonder why you disabled the Administrator account?

    You also need to uninstall:
    Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 6

    Then reboot and install:
    Java Runtime 6
