ESET NOD32 antivirus found win32/toolbar.widgi within Game Booster installation file. Is that an issue? False alarm? Game Booster can be downloaded from Major Geeks.

 

ESET is detecting it as a PUA (potentially unwanted application). ESET's settings can be configured as to whether you want it to detect PUA's.

At any rate, once you've installed Game Booster, the next screen in the installer gives you the option to install the IObit toolbar and change your homepage, just select 'Decline' if you don't want it.

If ESET causes any problems during install, just 'Temporarily disable protection'.
