Win32 Trojandownloader.zlob- "got me good"

    I have downloaded the Win32.Zlob virus and I can not get rid of it. I have completed the READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support procedures. I also have attached the scan reports from Bitdefender and Panda ActiveScan. I will also send the runkeys.txt & newfiles.txt reports in the nest post. Please help instruct me as for the next step. I will be proceeding to use the SmitfraudFix procedures I have downloaded from this site. Will that do the trick?
