Win64/Sirefef.P

My PC seems to be infected with Win64/Sirefef.P. I saw in a previous post being asked to run FRST, so I went ahead and did that. Attached are the 2 txt files. If this is incorrect/anything else is needed, just let me know. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to Major Geeks!

Download this >> View attachment fixlist.txt

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (See how to attach)

Now boot into normal Windows and tell me how things are working.

Thank you so much!
At first glance, things seems much better. It's no longer encountering a critical error and rebooting right away. Currently running a full scan with MSE. Will update if any issues seem to persist.
