Win7 update issue

Windows 7 has an important update for "Office File Validation 2010 32-bit version" whatever that is. Anyways this update icon has appeared on my status bar for the past couple of days and even after downloading the update, the file continues to appear as an important update.

What is weird is that I have win7 64-bit so I don't have a clue why the update is even needed or suggested for that matter. Has anyone else had this similar issue or what can be done to solve?

Ok I just hide the update as you suggested. I just thought I'd ask. :)
