Win98 Issue Associating .st Files W/ Tmpcreat

    Hi! I am posting about an issue I have with my TmpCreatWin program: I associated .st files with TmpCreatWin, and the entry doesn't appear in the Shell's New menu. In case you don't know, TmpCreatWin is a program that allows you to create new files from old files. What is the minimum needed to add an entry to the New menu?
