Win98 Scandisk Substitute Wanted!

    Hi! I have Win98SE and sometimes use ScanDisk. Now, ScanDisk takes forever to scan for bad clusters. I am looking for a substitute that performs the mentioned scan much faster. Also, I have a lot of ZIP100 disks to compress using DriveSpace, and DriveSpace's scan also takes forever. How do I speed up the latter without skipping the check, as some of them have errors?

    Time to upgrade Harry.
    98 died with Jesus. you wont find anything online to support your cause. No one gives a rats!

    Maybe a die hard may have something on his HD that he can flick as an email extention for you.
    Shouldn't be that large.

    I want to say we borrowed the one from Windows ME, heard it was better than the Win98 version. Now you have to find a ME install...
