Win98 Start-up Logos On-line: Uploading?

Hi! I know of a web site that has a lot of Win98 start-up screens to download along with some utilities to handle them. They're at XrX Animated Logo Collection for Windows 95. Now, I want to upload some of my own. They're some screenshots of some Commodore 64 games, but they're not animated. I tried to e-mail the administrator them twice. The first time the person didn't respond. The second time, my e-mail account canceled the e-mail citing that it was possibly SPAM. I admit that it was SPAM, but I really want my screenshots on-line. How else can I get them on-line in a highly-visible site?
