Hi! I have a Win98SE minitower and would like it to always display file extensions in Windows Explorer. I didn't see a possible icon for it in the Control Panel. How do I do it?

Open My Computer and Select View.
    Next select Folder Options.
    Click on the View tab.
Remove the check/tick from the box: Hide file extensions for known file types.

I have no way to test this because all 98SE computers were e-cycled decades ago.

I'll try that. Thank you. :)

I found another option I needed: show all files. :) Thanks, again!
