Hi! As I already stated, I have a Win98SE system at my mother's house with a broken CD-ROM drive. A long time ago, I installed 98Lite on it in an effort to save disk space--it only has a 2.1GB hard drive and a 16GB flash drive to act as a second hard drive. Then, I uninstalled IE4. I just downloaded VC++ 6.0, and its docs say it needs IE4 installed. I think I have a Win98SE ISO on my Win11/64 laptop and, if I don't, can find it online. How do I reinstall IE4 without a CD? BTW, I have a program on my Win98SE PC to mount ISO files as CDs.
