   Hi! I have a Windows 98SE tower at my mother's house, and it's been giving me Exception 0E errors when I try to open folders in Windows Explorer. It virtually always happens within two minutes after I log on. What could be causing this? BTW, the first number of the address of the error is 0028.

   I had to totally reinstall Windows and lost a lot of settings in the process, but it works now.
