winconfig.vbs.dll

I learned about majorgeeks because of another problem I had with the w32/imaut.ay virus which i was succesfully able to resolve using the Read and Run Me First - Malware Removal guide. I was supposed to post my problem with that virus here but I was able to fix it anyway thanks to the guide.

Now i am fixing another problem - the one which we will not let me open me open my harddisk and instead says:
"Can not find the script file winconfig.vbs.dll"

AVG has alread the actuall winconfig.vbs.dll in its quarantine but the msg still shows up. I have searched google for answers to this question but to no avail.

How do I solve the this?
