Window XP Theme Editor

OK, I'm looking for a WinXP SP3 Theme Editor.

Needs to:

• Make, edit, save, load filename.theme
• Editing includes icon, sounds, wallpaper, dialog and window colors
• Dose NOT require Plus!
• NOT from Stardock :mad

Note I've done a Google search, but none of the hits meet the above specs.

NOTE: I have Desktop Theme Editor from LiftSide Software. Problem is that LiftSide no longer exists, it requires Plus!, and does NOT edit all elements of a desktop. (aka it is old)

Like XP is new? You're not likely to find much XP stuff still in development. Not many people used themes since you had to use a modified system file to install them. StyleXP http://www.tgtsoft.com/
