Windows 10 64x Smyle Mouse Opens And Closes Immediately

Hello ,
Recently i installed smyle mouse on my new laptop with windows 10.When i run it,it closes after the initializing screen..I have Smyle Mouse on an old laptop with windows 7 and works fine.My new laptop had a sound issue after a windows update,i tryed fix it but failed.So i sent back to it's company which is ACER.They re-formated and factory reset so sound issue fixed.Before the re-format Smyle Mouse was working fine.Now after format this issue appear.I recorded my desktop , check it out to see what exactly happens.What can i do? https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/scratchhead.gif https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/mellow.png https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/huh.png

Since this very specialized software, I think you need to contact the company
email us at info@percept-d.com

Since you already use it on one computer, you need to ask if buying it allows you to use the software on more than one computer. Some companies require you to purchase a license for each computer.
Second, describe the problems you are having on the Windows 10 computer.
