Windows 10 and Malware Removal

    I feel like a ninny. I thought I had gotten rid of the homepage-web.com browser hijacker. Alas, I did not. Mom's computer. She downloaded/installed windows 10. That page came up again. I started to follow your instructions to begin malware removal. Uh oh. Windows 10 does not act like Windows 8. I cannot find anything! UGH!:cry

    Do you have any tips on how to follow your malware removal instructions on Windows 10?

    Stress is my new first, middle, and last name!

    Hang in there, you are not being ignored. :) Can you just run Malware Bytes for now and have it remove everything it may find. That may help alot for now.
