Windows 10 Clipboard History Fails With Printscreen

Hi,
I read an article that says go settings> clipboard turn on history then win10 remembers many clipboard items and winkey and V shows them for pasting, also a means of deleting them.
I go to an article on the internet and hit printscreen button for each page, go to photoshop and winkey V and see just 2 images, both are same , FAILURE !!
I try for another site and it works.

What prog is foolproof and will not fail in such a mission ?

How can I hit printscreen button and have each click of it give me a separate image on a clipboard, to then offload into photoshop as layers or separate files ?
Or am I destined to do what was necesary since win93 and do one at a time ?

You could use greenshot and set it up to auto-name and save the screenshots, just hit the appropriate hot key(s) - no other interaction needed, then you could import them into Photoshop.
