Windows 10 Freezing And Slow Boot Up

    Hi I have Lenovo Idea pad 330 with windows 10 home version 12 gigs memory.

    My laptop freezes and is slow and slow to boot up. I have tried malewarebytes it found a few bugs and got rid of them. Also I cleaned my computer ect. Also did the sfc/scannow Still my laptop is slow and freezes. I am hoping to see if you all can help me solve this issue.

    Could well be problems with your hard disk. Open a command prompt 'As Administrator' and type chkdsk c: /r

    Might take some time.

    check your task manager to see what is taking up memory and your cpu usage
