Windows 10 Help Please

    Hello, I'm running windows 7 and and just installed windows 10 on separate HD.. when i open windows 10 all works good after setup but when i tried to browse the internet , it says your connection is not private, i tried flusn dns and register dns commands but still have same issue, I can browse the internet after flush but I cant login to google/etc. please help
