Windows 10 No Bloatware Is Amazing, But.

Hi, okay so i used this version of OS and it runs REALLY nice. I mean with no bloatware it makes a big difference especially in gaming.

Now my issue is that this version of Windows isn't allowing me to play Forza 7. For some reason i need cortana, WINDOWS store, and its search box in order to play Forza 7

MY question is, is there a way i can integrate cortana, win app store and its search box into this version of Windows 10 (in the provided link) using Toolkit? Unless there i someone out there who used this exact version of win 10 and was able to play Forza 7?
