I've been unable to update to Windows 10 ver. 20H2, although i can do the Cumulative Updates for ver 1909. I get error 0xc1900200. I keep reading that this means there is not enough room on the Recovery partition, but there seems to be plenty. I can't figure out what to do. Anybody know?

Rather than simply allowing Windows to update itself you should try updating offline. Two methods HERE, let us know how you get on.

Are you downloading the update via Windows update or via the media creation tool?
If Windows Update try downloading the media creation tool, running this & choosing to upgrade now.
The System Reserved Partition should be 500MB. Check this & if it’s less then you need to expand it.
