Windows 10 Sharednetwork

    I'm tying to set-up a shared network on Windows 10 so I can use Nord VPN on my tv. I was able to do this fine with Windows 7 but Windows 10 refuses to start the shared network as I keep getting "The group or resource is not in the state to perform the requested operation" So any idea what's going on here?
