Windows 10 Ver 1903 - How Do I Get 1909?

System: Windows 10 Home version 1903

I sent my laptop back to HP for a hardware repair under warranty. The case had cracked & hinge had broken. Got it back today. When I sent the laptop to HP it had Windows 10 version 1909. Unfortunately HP wiped the drive. Now it has Win version 1903. When I run Windows Update the message is that Windows is up to date. But I am still at 1903 & version 1909 is never offered.
I tried the following: Settings --> Activation --> Change product key & input the product key I had when the laptop was purchased from Best Buy. Ran Windows update again & still it says that Windows is up to date & I am still at 1903.

So how do I get version 1909?

It will probably update you to the current version 20H2 rather than to 1909

Mount the .iso then run setup to upgrade.
