Windows 10 Will Not Update

    My Mom is having trouble getting Windows 10 to update. I have run the update troubleshooter twice and followed the instructions, but her computer will still not update.

    She is running Windows 10 Home, 64-bit Version 1803, Build 171.34.23 and the following security/cleaning software:

    Avast Antivirus free 19.8.2393, Build 19.8.4793.541
    Advanced System Care free 12.6.0.368
    CCleaner 5.63.7540
    IOBit Malware Fighter Pro 7.3.0.5799
    SuperAntiSpyware 8.0.1046 database 15801
