Windows 11 Dark Mode Issue Can't Seem To Figure Out A Fix

    I can not seem to fix text words they are black when they should be white.I have tried multiple times and can't figure out how to fix this issue below.it's annoying...Any ideas would be helpful.

    You have tweaked Win11 with Advance SystemCare. There might be a conflict.
