    Attached is fixlist.txt
    • Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.
    • You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

    Now re-enter System Recovery Options.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (How to attach)

    Now attempt to boot normally.

That worked! Wow, thanks! Is there any way you could explain to me what you saw was wrong? I see the fix list has a lot of AVG items in there, was that the problem? Thanks a lot, really saved me here.

    No problem.
The main issue was a MBR (Master Boot Record) infection known as "Pihar".
I noticed you attempted to uninstall AVG but there were still a lot of drivers, services, files, and folders present so I removed those too so they're not just unwanted remnants on your computer.

You can delete the C:\FRST folder at this time.
