Recently encountered this error after a thorough cleaning of malware off m pc...came back to it about a week later and it had apparently rebooted and was sitting at that bsod, i did a lot of digging and none of the other fixes i found helped, I eventually found this site and a couple of people who had the same problem and some members were able to fix it with the frst.txt so i attached that scan result and hopefully someone can help!

    Thanks in advance!

    You're welcome.

Read the following: How to Protect yourself from malware!
Also do not run ComboFix while unsupervised ;)

It appears you had one of the newer variants of a ZeroAccess rootkit. If you need additional help, you can visit the Malware Removal forum and follow this guide: READ & RUN ME FIRST Malware Removal Guide

First of all many thanks for the hearty receipt in the forum and the quick help. My computer seems to function again what saves a lot of work for me.

I don't know what the problem was, but it seems to have been repaired.
As an antivirus program I have only Avast, no other program.

How is you computer's temp ? You must use this tool

    http://majorgeeks.com/Open_Hardware_Monitor_d6396.html

seeing your temps , another possibility is checking your ram memory using

    http://majorgeeks.com/Memtest86_d1247.html

burning to a cd / dvd with

    http://majorgeeks.com/ImgBurn_d4870.html

checking your ram for 4 - 6 hours at least ( late in the evening ) maybe !! :wave
