I've been running a custom built setup since 2009 without any problems and I recently got a new mobo and ram to upgrade my system, here are my new specs:

    CPU - QuadCore AMD Phenom II X4 810, 2600 MHz (13 x 200)
    RAM - G Skill F3-12800CL10-8GBXL 8 GB DDR3 1600 RAM, running at 1333
    Mobo - ASUS M5A97 R2.0 (previously Gigabyte MA790XUD4P)
GPU - 8400 GS (about to install HD 5450, for HTPC)
    HDD'S: Seagate 500GB 7200RPM SATA 6GB/s , 2x200GB Western Digital SATA 3GB/s
    PSU - Antec BP500U ATX 12V 500W

When I first got the Mobo I had to reinstall windows 7 because of hardware incompatibility (should've foreseen that). So I have a new copy of W7 running, and at first I was OC'ing my processor and it gave BSOD's frequently. Then I just let everything run at stock, and it worked fine for about 2 weeks when recently it gave me a BSOD last night and today. I don't know if this is a coincidence but it was when I was laying iTunes that this happened both times (although I listen to iTunes a lot).

    The event viewer shows:
    Applications:

    1. Bonjour Service - 1/31/2013 3PM

    System:

    1. The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device WpdBusEnumRoot\UMB\2&37c186b&0&STORAGE#VOLUME#_??_USBSTOR#DISK&VEN_HP&PROD_PHOTOSMART_C4400&REV_1.00#7&2409D927&0&CN87DHF0GK0557&0#.
    2. The ScRegSetValueExW call failed for FailureActions with the following error:
    Access is denied.
    3. The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000021 (0xfffffa8011361680, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0007ffffffffffb5, 0x0007fffffff37699). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: .
    4. The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000109 (0xa3a039d8ad05d500, 0xb3b7465eff83a48a, 0xfffff80003232008, 0x0000000000000001). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 013013-73429-01.

And the WhoCrashed report is attached.

It may be a RAM/Mobo issue but I bought them both new, I did a 6 hour Prime95 without any crashes. Haven't run MemTest yet.

If someone could look above and see if it is a software issue, let me know, then I will try to fix the software issue. If the problem still persists I will run MemTest (I'll run it anyways to double check). I am also going to update iTunes to the latest version.
