Windows 7 BSoD. Please Help ?

A week ago, I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit edition on my laptop ( Core2Duo CPU with 4GB RAM ). After installation, I observed that only 3GB of RAM was usable so I just made some research over google and found a patch by which I could use the whole 4GB RAM and it really worked .

I just installed plenty of general use softwares like Norton 360 5.0 and office.

but just since the installation of windows, I am sometimes getting Blue Screen with different kind of errors. The strange fact is, when I put the lid down of my laptop, it goes to "Sleep Mode" and as I put the lid up, and press the power button, it just shows me the Blue screen every time.

While working online or watching video, I am getting blue screens errors. I really want to know what the exact issue with this laptop is. Is it some kinda hardware problem or software issue. I have been attaching the dump files, kindly observe them and please let me know what the exact problem is.

Any advice or help shall be appreciated.

 

It could well be the patch you have installed to see all of the 4gig of ram, 32 bit systems will only see around at the most 3 to 3.5gig of ram, which, in my opinion, is more than enough!!.
The patch could be causing conflicts with other hardware/software or drivers, do you have any warnings in your device manager?? have you checked your event history for the possible reasons/culprits for the BSoDs??
If I was you I would go for a fresh new install without the patch and update all of your drivers, see if you get the BSoDs then.
