windows 7 many problems

    Hello. I have a acer aspire 1 netbook. Windows7 32bit. The last few days I noticed web pages slow to load. Today when I open IE it loads nothing. Firefox also loads nothing. I did scannow/r. I have run malwarebytes and avast. They found nothing. I am unable to turn on the windows firewall. I am unable to open services.msc.even in safe mode. I am not able to open system restore. Things see to be getting worse. Right now I am using safe mode. I really need help. Thanks`

    I did a restore and got all to work.So this thread should be closed.

    farmgirl806, is there any way you could tell us how you got it to restore when you stated that nothing was opening or working ? It would help others who may encounter the same problem. :)

    I did a restore by pressing F11 while the computer was booting. :)
