Windows 7 not booting

Hello,

I am having problems booting my windows 7 64-bit laptop. I downloaded something which immediately caused my computer to crash and later discovered it had a Trojan (BackDoor-AWQ.b!efs). Now the pc will just go into repair mode and won't start. I did post in malware removal but they couldn't find the trojan and suggested I post here to get my computer to start, here's a link to the thread (http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=274071).

Booting in safe mode doesn't work. I'm not sure what else to try. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
