Windows 7 - Ping can't browse *hard*

Hi folks.

I recently installed W7 & Office 2010, (all legal obviously) and in our network we have a local site to solve "tickets" from users.

The problem is this:

In any machine with XP and Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Chrome... i can open the website (ticket system).

But in this one i just can't, it is recently installed and added to domain, but even a PC in the network without domain can open the website.

I took a look to the source code of the page, is weird because doesn't download correctly the content.

I can ping, i have network full acess but the problem still.

I also tried with mozilla and chrome, see the source code and there's nothing "blank", no errors too.

I mean, im reaching the website, but the content is blank, why? i disabled all components and firewalls too, but i can navigate other local network sites and internet too.

Any idea?
