windows 7 upgrade problem

    Hi people I wanted to upgrade my windows vista to windows 7 (home basic) when my battery ran out, now i am in a restart loop and i cant get out of it, my windows 7 instal exe. wasa downloaded one, so i have no disc. altoagh i have made one from another pc i still can't get it to work, because the cd simply doesn't get readed (already tried to configure the bios settings)

    if any one could help me, that would be rather nice.
