windows 7 user password problem

my friend has a toshiba satellite pro L450D-12X running on OS windows 7 pro he recently changed his user password wrote it down and hid it for safe keeping, so safe infact he couldnt even find it when he forgot what it was ohhhh dear .
well the problem is this he didnt make a reset password key or turn the admin user thing on so i cant get in to turn the password off is there another way?
anyone have any ideas please help

 

Hi, can you boot up in safemode (f8 at boot) if so enter the hidden admin acc and delete the password from the users acc, if this is not an option then go here.....

download an create a bootable disc with the .iso with this software...

once you have created the disc place it into the cd/dvd draw and reboot the machine, at post hit any key to boot from disc follow the prompts and this will remove ALL windows passwords.
