Windows 7 won't boot when graphics drivers are installed

I'm not really computer-savvy so you'll have to bear with me. Over the past couple weeks I've had some minor problems when running games. I have two AMD Radeon HD 6850 with crossfire, btw. After coming back home one day, I noticed that my computer would always freeze at the Windows logo when I tried to start it up.

After reading around online, I started it in safe mode and then rolled back the drivers on the graphics cards. After this I was able to boot Windows normally with no problems. However, any time I try to re-install drivers (even older versions that used to work for me) the same problems happen when I try to boot.

I've already tried uninstalling everything and using Driver Cleaner, but the problems still persist. If there's any other information you need, let me now.

    Hi

What version of Windows and Service Pack are you using?
A log of your PC would be great to help us and below is a guide.

I would say if you are having issues even after re-installing the drivers again that malware "could" be a factor and I would run through the below also as written.

But before running the malware guide, just try installing your Chipset driver for your motherboard and reboot (crucial to reboot) then install the latest graphics driver and reboot and test.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I'm running Windows 7 64-bit and Service Pack 1. I attached the log to this post and I'm going through the malware removal guide right now. Thanks for the help.

    Hi

How did you get on with the malware guide and was anything found?

I would be tempted to re-install your chipset driver from Intel again and reboot as in some cases this can just cause an issue with other drivers such as audio and graphics.

Sorry for the incredibly late response, I was away from my computer for the past month so I haven't been able to do much.

I tried re-installing my chipset driver. While it worked for a day or two, for some reason the same problems came back. It first started booting up in a low resolution and saying that my graphics drivers are not working. Now, it doesn't even boot up at all outside of safe mode.

I also followed the malware guide, although I don't think anything was found. I have attached the logs anyway, because I'm quite uncertain. Should I also post it in the malware forum?

Hi Yes the malware forum is best for these logs, so start a new thread in the malware forum and attach the logs, so that our malware experts can review them.
